Our Premade machines are pre-made bag packaging machines with an innovative patented concept, with high automation of operations, minimal mechanical components, automatic format changes and reduced maintenance. Our machines offer a change in the concepts that currently govern the market. Our patented transmission technology and compact design leave complicated trolley or rotary systems behind.
They are suitable for the packaging of all types of products in heat-sealable material bags, their unique configuration allows for a high-quality weld with long sealing times. They can pack from 95 gram bags to 5kg bags.

With the Nexes Premade machine, thanks to its compact design and its central product loading point, we can replace any vertical machine taking advantage of the customer’s platform and weigher, as well as its output belt, with zero hours of engineering and in the same installation day. In the event that you do not have these attached elements, we can offer you complete turnkey solutions with all the integrated software.
EFFICIENT AND AGILE
Today the commitment of manufacturers and distribution centers with customers is directed towards the idea of switching to new generation materials, recyclable, compostable, monomaterial, etc. This makes the Nexes Premade machine ideal for a quick transition to this type of solution, which also improves the image of the product. Our machine works with the same efficiency for all bag materials, including cellulose derivatives, without the friction factors or the stretching of the films affecting our productivity. PATENTED DOUBLE CLAMP SYSTEM
The patented double clamp system guarantees extraordinary sealing quality. The Nexes Premade machine, thanks to the long sealing time of its two sealing units, more than double that of a conventional machine, is ideal for bags with modified atmosphere or for pasteurization.

SIMPLE AND INTUITIVE OPERATION
Operation is simple and intuitive, both for daily production and for creating new formats or loading recipes already stored, using a large touch screen with clear functions that are easy to use for the operator.
PERFORMANCE
The Premade adjusts the production speed of the bags for optimal performance for each one of them.
WORK TEAM
All groups are visible, integrated into a self-supporting structure with accessibility from all sides through secure doors, which facilitates access for maintenance and cleaning.
Wiring using connectors that reduce the number of cables, is arranged with adapted fasteners and without flanges.
Communication protocols Ethernet/IP, Powerlink and IO-Link allow us to make practically all the adjustments from the HMI, through recipes or machine configuration.
The electrical panels are integrated.
The groups of jaws are disassembled without tools, as well as the clamps and the groups of suction cups. This, together with working through recipes, allows format changes to be made in a few minutes.
