They are suitable for the packaging of all types of products in heat-sealable material bags, their unique configuration allows for a high-quality weld with long sealing times. They can pack from 95 gram bags to 5kg bags.

The patented double clamp system guarantees extraordinary sealing quality. The Nexes Premade machine, thanks to the long sealing time of its two sealing units, more than double that of a conventional machine, is ideal for bags with modified atmosphere or for pasteurization.

Operation is simple and intuitive, both for daily production and for creating new formats or loading recipes already stored, using a large touch screen with clear functions that are easy to use for the operator.
The Premade adjusts the production speed of the bags for optimal performance for each one of them.
All groups are visible, integrated into a self-supporting structure with accessibility from all sides through secure doors, which facilitates access for maintenance and cleaning.
Wiring using connectors that reduce the number of cables, is arranged with adapted fasteners and without flanges.
Communication protocols Ethernet/IP, Powerlink and IO-Link allow us to make practically all the adjustments from the HMI, through recipes or machine configuration.
The electrical panels are integrated.
The groups of jaws are disassembled without tools, as well as the clamps and the groups of suction cups. This, together with working through recipes, allows format changes to be made in a few minutes.
