Monofiller Multihead 2
The Monofiller Multihead 2 is our premium machine that can fill up to 60 packs per minute through the spout. This machine is used in the food and non-food industry. It can handle high viscous products and products with particles.
High quality fill through the spout of the pouch
The Monofiller Multihead 2 is our automatic pouch filling through the spout and capping machine. It can fill top and/or corner spouted pouches.
It can be used for:
Food such as baby food, dips, hummus, sauces, peanut butter, honey, yoghurt, juices, alcoholic beverages. Non-food such as gels, shampoo, lotions, soaps, conditioner, cleaners, softeners, automotive oils and adhesives. This machine can be custom designed and built with a range of different options according to your filling conditions, product(s) to fill and size of your pouch or your spout.
The Monofiller Multihead 2 is also available with outfeed conveyor and buffer station.
Performance
With a rate of filling going up to as much as 60 pouches per minute depending on the spoutsize and pouch dimensions, we can safely say this machine has a lot of potential for the future.
Monofiller Multihead 4
The Monofiller Multihead 4 is our automatic pouch filling through the spout and capping machine. It can fill top and corner spouted pouches.
The machine can be used for:
Food such as baby food, dips, hummus, sauces, peanut butter, honey, yoghurt, juices, alcoholic beverages. Non-food such as gels, shampoo, lotions, soaps, conditioner, cleaners, softeners, automotive oils and adhesives. This machine can be custom designed and built with a range of different options according to your filling conditions, product(s) to fill and size of your pouch or the spout inlet diameter.
The monofiller multihead 4 is also available with outfeed conveyor and buffer station.
Including insertor
For large volumes, Scaldopack can integrate the SI-60 spout insertor in the filling line. This allows to use unspouted pouches and thus reducing the cost of the filling operation. The spouts are inserted in the pouches and these spouted pouches are automatically fed into the Monofiller Multihead.
Monofiller Multihead 2
The Monofiller Stepper is an entry level automatic filling and capping machine that fills up to 25-30 pouches per minute through the spout. This machine is equally usable for the food or non-food industry. It can handle high viscous products and products with particles.
Examples of products to fill the pouch with:
Food such as baby food, dips, hummus, sauces, peanut butter, honey, yoghurt, juices, alcoholic beverages. Non- food such as gels, shampoo, lotions, soaps, conditioner, cleaners, softeners, automotive oils and adhesives For larger volumes, Scaldopack can integrate a SI-40 spout insertor in the filling line. This allow to use unspouted pouches and thus reducing the cost of the packing operation. The spouts are inserted in the pouches and automatically fed into the Monofiller Stepper.

The machine is to be configured and built according to the product the customer wishes to fill the pouches with, the filling conditions in which the proces takes place, CIP requirements, the size of the spouted pouches and the design of the spout or cap used. A range of options is possible to tailor the machine to the customers needs and wants.

Smartfiller
Small advanced tabletop spouted pouch filler
Filling pre-made pouches through the spout and capping them. This machine is also capable of filling and capping of rigid plastic containers like bottles, buckets or jerrycans. This smart filler is our introduction model for pilot/small production runs for pouch filling through spout system. At the lowest cost and space in your own facility or lab.
Custom possibilities:
This “smart” machine can be custom built with a range of different options to fill all kind of spouted pouches (center spout, corner spout, …).

Performance
Depending on the operator, this machine can achieve a speed of up to 10 pouches per minute, depending upon volume, spout size and the type of product for the filling of the pouch.
SI-60 – Spout Inserting Machine
SI-60 is a servo driven, fully automatic spout inserting machine fitted for larger production plants. This thermal spout inserting machine is an industrial spout sealing machine for companies who need a machine with high production capacity.
The SI-60 is a high capacity spout inserting machine, set up to handle up to 60 spouts per minute.
Customizable machine
Not only do we build this machine on an advanced technological platform, but it is also possible to accommodate additional options or personalization according to your specific needs and wishes.
Fast and accurate spout inserter
The SI-60 spout inserter is made for sealing the spout to the pouch at high speeds and with high accuracy. By fixing the pouch and spout in the machine, we avoid having any spouts that are not well centred and aligned. Any change, whether it be pouch format, spout size or moving the position of the spout from the centre to the corner of the pouch, is done in minutes rather than hours like it used to take. This machine decimates the time it used to take to make changes.
Possible spout position and pouch shape
- Center, off center and corner spout inserter, special shapes of pouches are possible but can be subject to technical assessment.
- Pouch shape – square, round or shaped. In some cases special tooling for handling certain shapes will be needed.
Options
- Feeding on a rail system instead of using the out feed conveyor belt the pouches will be fed directly onto a plastic rail. We can also outfeed pouches flat onto a feeding rail.
